ok we've just had broadcast n its on the radio n mnewspaper an attack on 2 innocent individuals .A person has been arrested n i believe charged but lets just say u know the person would u tell the police how would u react if its prooved beyonddoubt he/she's guilty how would u live with the person

If they were found guilty they would not be sharing your house, but would be in the big house in Canningvale for lots of years hopefully if the prosecution and judges do the job correctly in sentencing them away eg in this alleged 52 yr olds' case if found guilty he should be given a life sentence no minimum. And to answer yr question any sex attacker on children no matter whom it is, should be reported to police straight away, you do know that if the police can prove you knew something but didn't report that is a major crime in itself, and why would you protect them?

I have always been anti death penalty But never to be released is a good start
 
The justice system is not always just...those who cause harm to others through violence and abuse don't seem to get harsh enough punishments but hey if you happen to swindle a sum of $$$ without bloodshed, the law will come down on you like a fat lady sitting down without noticing her chihuahua is on the seat.
 
if he/sHE or wateva religion it is ,is your bro/sis / best mate old man/lady?? workmate how would u react now n in future when said person is released back into society would u still class em as a friend/relative ....ok i didnt mention children(u do anything like that to kidz u dont deserve a life ) but say a sex attack on an adult would u still protect that person....awww sHE's me best mate known em since kindergarten after 10/15yrs locked away u still going to embrace em back to society

"NO" from me..... As with Rapists same as adults that intefere with minors never change, they get released and re-arrested for the same crimes... look at the ones released from WA prisons ....

Got called for jury service once and I asked to be excused since I couldn`t be impartial.
Case was molestation against a 6 year old boy.

Can anybody here truthfully say they wouldn`t have been able to judge the man until they heard the full story?

I would sit through the whole trail and listen to The evidence put to me by both prosecution and defense , then when called upon to go back with other jurors discuss this evidence only, the defendants body language, and def testimony if def was on the stand during the trail, then if I felt the def was indeed guilty in the jury room I would argue my case... Thats all you can do as a member on that jury, but I do believe in double jeopardy in def is indeed found Not Guilty....

Innocent till proven guilty has to be the corner stone of the justice system..
 
I know what I would do. But I'm not going to gloat about it like so many do yet would not. I hope I never have to make a choice on what action to take. Not because the choice would be difficult, more the others it would affect in doing so. If that make any sense??
