Secret Santa - best and worst

Most people have in the workplace been subjected to the Secret Santa, where in most cases you randomly given a colleague, and then have to buy a present for them.

Sometimes, the colleague you get given is not someone you know well, or in some cases know well. As its anonymous, it can sometimes lead to some very funny gifts, if you know the person well as the gift can be tailored to them.

As the spend limit is usually low, the gifts tend to be tacky but also can be humoress.

What is the best or worse Secret Santa gift you have been given or given someone?
 
when you mix up the wrapping paper before attatching the cards and accidentally sent my cousin in the airforce a barbie dream house (meant for my sister) oops...

his mates still give him crap and that was 3 christmases ago lol
