Taking it 1 step further, define Name?
Name used in advert - "Susan Palmer"?
Or Account Name something different to above. Every advert has an account ID.
Searching for a common name can be hard. Also allow for spelling errors. Account ID is in the ad link. The prob with Account ID is that ad links are being removed in here but not removed in PP. Sus adverts are changing their names but it is harder to change their account ID.

For Image Searches https://imgops.com/ because it includes all the popular ones like Google, Tineye, Yandex etc.
