I have seen this lady.

On the bigger side (size 14 or 16 but I am no judge of sizes) and had a hard life.
She was pleasant but quite businesslike.
No fooling around - you get undressed, she gets undressed, do the business and go.
I think she would warm up with repeated visits - I haven't been back.
