I have a spacious studio apartment available early January 2023. It is a safe work space for anyone who is in the industry. The apartment will be available 4 days a week (any hours). I just require it Saturday - Mondays. (Can also be flexible).

It's very close to Wynyard and Townhall (lots of corporate).

Perfect hope it goes all smooth without glitches , did not personally found anyone such , the Perth Forum usually has a lot of tarffic you can use it to seek clients , cause people usually travel out there to sydney , so it might work , feels like there are chances.
