Relationships are hard when youre in the industry. Best for them to know before entering into one. Mostly they dont work out.
Yes, from my expereience they do not work out.

It's best to be honest from get go. Relationships need to be built on trust. It does take a very special man (mentally) to understand that your work and your relationship are 2 totally different things. I personally know a few couples (where the lady is or was a WL) who have been together for years and their relationships are happy and healthy.
It's not just up to him either, it takes 2 to make a relationship work, no matter the circumstances.
Talking about clients, your sex drive at work and even what you are wearing for work are BIG no no's.
This does not mean you can't say you had a
day at work if you did.

It does make it harder to maintain the relationship but not impossible! I would say it comes down to the individuals and their views on monogamy ect. In my experience if a guy says they are cool with it (but actually arnt) no way will it turn out

Every story has two sides & if the first few chapters of the book are missing right from the beginning it kinda defeats the purpose of even picking up the book in the first place let alone reading it to the very end.

Interesting topic. It would take a brave man to enter into such a relationship. Not for everyone I can imagine and certainly not for one who doesn't care share. 
My condition is no kids... apart from that I am rather easy going.

A base of a good relationship is compatibility and understanding. A part of this is loving and caring and accepting One another for who they are. If this base is established everything else comes naturally and is not a problem. Humans are creatures with complex thought and rather irrational when mixed with emotions this is why todate they cannot perfect Artificial intelligence.
