I personally don't believe you can easily find any escort aged 18-21 for so many reasons.
They are going to be at least 25-26 plus. Not that that's a bad thing. But you're going to have a real hard time finding anyone who is actually 18-21 or 22 or 23 for that matter.
Go for young girls by all means. But understand that realistically the youngest girls you find will be closer to 30 than 18
 
If your after Asians it's getting harder to secure visas. Even legitimate travellers are getting rejected. Before covid there were many fresh rotations. It's a pity.

Certainly 18 to 21 would be even harder to get a visa.
