Reason for Being a Punter

I got dumped on my 20th wedding anniversary and I felt too emotionally damaged to consider going down the relationship path again but worst of all was the absolute loneliness of being on my own after so much time with a partner. Then I discovered W/L's and so far it's been the best experience I've ever had.

For the first time in my life I can actually choose if and when I will have sex! I'll never forget the first time I walked into Langtrees and that thought just hit me, it was just so overwhelmingly liberating after so long to have that choice, I was hooked.

I have two reasons for seeing W/L's, one is when I just need a nice fun girl hang out with, someone that won't reject me or dump a load of hate and anger on me and maybe will even let me buy them dinner and give them a massage.

Then there's my complete other side that is insanely oversexed where I just want to go at it for hours and certain W/L's allow me to have both when I need it. No relationship has come close to providing that yet they've cost me so much both financially and emotionally. The W/L's I've met are just amazing :)
 
Why don't all the lonely guys out there get themselves a dog. I'm not a dog person but at least they are loyal... Woof woof.
 
Col, having a pet is not such a bad idea. I had a dog for a while but they are EXPENSIVE to maintain on a working class wage. When I owned one, I used to starve on a Sunday so that I'd have enough money saved for its visit to the Vet sometimes. Or I'd resort to eating peanut butter sandwiches for two days to save money - mind you this was back in '97.

And you can hardly take a dog to the movies or a ballet can you? Have you visited a vet lately? Almost all of them in the more working class suburbs have a sign saying "No payment in kind accepted or credit allowed". I asked a vet nurse about it once and she said many people especially in the lesser incomed outer suburbs or pensioners come in with pets they can't afford to treat. It's hard for the vet practice because for many pensioners, this the only company they have. I spoke to a pensioner once and she said that if her cat got sick, it just had to get well by itself; she couldn't afford the vet's bills. If not, that was it.

There is a group I believe that visits old folks homes (what a wonderful group of volunteers!) and they bring their dogs and pets along. The reason is that many homes don't allow pets so all these old folks miss their pets and had to get rid of them when they moved in.
 
If I end up in an old folks home, I'll be booking threesomes as Outcalls on an hourly basis. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

I have given up punting on horses, now I am punting on WLs. Still could not
find a regular bet! have tried Langtrees, Caseys, Citywest, Esquire!
No luck yet!
 
I have been reading this thread for awhile and was in two minds to post.

For me I haven't found two many W/L's that are as good looking or in as good shape as my wife.
My wife has childhood sexual abuse issues and also suffers Depression. She finds it very hard to be intermit
She is my best friend and we have a great life.
The sexual issues in our relationship drive me completely nuts. We have had all sorts of professional help and she is trying some experimental thing at the moment that has not been done in Aust before.
So I see W/L' from time to time.

I got to say I am strongly considering the single life and full time punter. . After many years of this it's starting to really get to me.

Well that's a very personal part of my life I don't normaly tell.
