They seem to be few and far between... i've been around for many many sunrises but found very few working ladies or Strippers with 'puffies'.... but when one does 'pop-up' it's better than winning lotto!

Puffy nipples would have to gods gift to the world of boobs, they are amazing & fun to play with, unfortunatley its been a while since I've played with any, my wife lost hers after we had kids & she got "normal" nipples...still fun to play with but not quite the same!!
