Prostate milking is stimulation of the prostate by using a anal wand (probe? Hard dildo? Really long finger? ) whilst also stimulating the other erogenous zones. Really long finger???

Nope.
As a general rule, 2 to 3 inches at most. Most commonly it will be found no more than 2 inches in.

You can also stimulate it from outside by massaging between the balls and anus, though I personally haven't found that to be very effective.
