Negotiate before the massage, it's not rude. You can even use handjob sign language to indicate what you want. They are trying to suck you in when thinking with the little man. Also I call BS on you getting quoted $150 for naked HJ on top of shop fee multiple times in a row unless it was the same massage parlor. I think massage parlors close to city try to rip you off coz rent is high.
