I am saying that if you require a certain lady look at her roster or call up and ask, then book her for the time you wish and date etc etc, its not rocket science booking a WL its the same as making a doctors appointment surely.... :) Simples!

I was only trying to get a booking in the Perth branch Phoebe Not Houston

And sad to say it's not as straightforward as you would hope it to be
Nothing worse than turning up to hear sorry X hasn't turned up for her shift or ,and this can't be helped Sorry the ladies had an extension of a couple of hours

Ok so you say book (Girl X) for this friday at 8:30 for 4 hours. so friday comes and before you shower you call up and ask has she came in "yes" then :) if no :( hang up and say her loss and find some one else depending on how much lead time you gave her.
