PPP - pearly penile papules removal

Hi All, im a young man from perth. Since the moment someone asked me "what are those" before sexual activity, PPP didnt affect me at all and i just assumed i was normal. But since then, every situation im in when im naked and my penis may be seen, i worry about whether just before the moment of excitement and touch, i am stopped and questioned on PPPs. So because of this stress (even though it is no real issue). Im wondering if anyone has experience in removal. Either through a proper Laser clinic. Or an online product that is 90% cheaper like the PPP kit ive seen on google? Ive no doubt been rejected just from my PPPs before.

All advice is appreciated. My PPP is more then most otherwise i wouldn't care so much

I wonder if 1 session includes zapping them all, or if 1 session is “how much the practitioner can zap in the hour”
As i have many
Ive seen the before and afters on the PPlit website and mine is like the top 1-2% , some of them are so mild compared to me lol
However if they developed it in adulthood i can understand there concerns
Mine have been since childhood

Best to speak to the practitioner, I'm sure they would consult before going forward.
