No, as kissing always doesn't lead to sex. We sometimes kiss when we meet someone, we kiss our friends when we are happy about something. Or sometimes just casual kiss. But that doesn't mean that we will be having sex..

Depends on the kiss.
There are some really bad kissers out there, one's that drool all over you or you feel like they are eating your whole face.
There is just a peck kiss. Which I'd be surprised if it became sex.
There is an intimate kiss where you drown in the moment and your body just craves something more. Like when @naughty thoughts wraps his arms around me and we get lost in the softness of each others mouths and drown ourselves in each other (Damn I miss him when he's away)
