Unfortunately this can happen, Sometimes it can be very difficult to tell apart from an ingrown pimple and other things. Sorry to all the guys out there that do generally have an ingrown hair and are put in an embarrassing situation when an alternative service or a refund is offered we only do this so we are all safe as im sure you understand. Also i might add that its not an excuse so we don't have to see a gentleman, we have the choice to decline before we enter the room.

I agree Zara, it should always be a ladies choice as to whether she sees a guy or not, for any reason at all, not just the health check. Yes I've always been worried about waxing down below for that reason, so I've stayed with trimming and so far I've never had an issue. Could you imaging though, as in my case, you live on the east coast, and plan a trip to Perth to see a lady, you have to organise a week off work, book airfares in advance, accommodation, car rental, it costs a couple of thousand just to get there, you have booked the lady and you turn up after weeks of preparation and anxious wait and...... you have an ingrown hair and you fail the health check. It's not happened to me, but the anxiety has been so great leading up to that, that "things" haven't worked when I got there. There's definitely no guarantees when you organise something like this.

If I could afford it, I would have IPL to remove all the hair downstairs including my legs. I have had all removed my waxing previously and loved the feeling but it returns so quickly. So for me, IPL for legs, arms and brazilian is my wish (I have had chest and underarms treated already).

If it was a hysterectomy, a lady would not think twice about a second or third opinion from a specialist.
I wonder why that does not apply to cosmetic surgery. I love so many forms of the female body. Large boobs, small perky ones, nice butts, small perky ones and everything in between. Even a broken nose looks good on the right face.
So girls, if it aint broke, don't fix it. I'm thinking, maybe you are perfect just the way you are.
Get a 100 guys and girls to vote on your features.
If they love you just the way you, then don't try and improve on perfection. God's work, after all!

Hi Ian, I'm a hairy guy and this waxing thing, gymnasiums etc has put some pressure on Aussie guys to manscape, even to the max. I get it too, and 'crack and sack wax'. But I grew up when it was considered masculine to have a hairy body and chest. And looked forward to that in puberty. Later, I resented my body hair. But that was the social pressure too, and an unsupportive (former) wife. However, travelling thru Southeast Asia opened my eyes. They actually love my white skin, body hair and blue eyes. My current GF works in an AMP. She's Chinese. The stark contrast between me and; her total lack of body hair apart from a tiny amount of pubes, that contrast, it actually turns her on. She goes to sleep at home on my hairy chest, rubbing it. Sweet, a lovely feeling. That's a huge relief to know that (some) women, albeit from different cultures, love me, are turned on by me, as I am.

Well one reason I would like all my hair removed is that I have often had infected hair follicles on my body especially during hot weather and of course I scratch the spot and makes it worse. Where I have had IPL on my chest and underarms I haven't had it again, so that is one reason I would like to get it one my legs as well as likeing the cleaner feeling.

No plastic here I'm all natural. We all age, get old and grey no avoiding it. We can choose to look like a hideous blow up dolls or be graceful in our own skin. Being comfortable in who we are having a healthy self esteem. It's what is in the inside that counts. You can have the most stunning looking person but they can be rotten to the core on the inside. Looks fade over time then if you choose to go down the I'm all plastic and fantastic path then risk like looking like Jocelyn Wildenstine 5 million dollars to look like a clown no thanks. Ladies be happy the way you are, your beautiful with out bolt on boobs, fake tans, Botox, plumped up lips the fake hair, eye lashes. The list goes on. But why, why the need? Is it society saying we must look a set way or we feel the men will like us more

What about dental work Fang?

My own teeth/fangs just poor dental work in filing them down the fillings I mean not the fangs.
The way my back and knees are going they could become replacements/not my original ones in the future. I could do with new and improved back and knees.
