Hey all ... anyone got a good app or website to do mobile reverse number look sups. All i can find are time wasters or american ones.

At work I use http://www.reverseaustralia.com/ all the time and find it really good.
I tend to google numbers if my gut feeling is telling me something not right or if I have a run of no shows or straight out strange messages. Sadly I have found it is mostly other WL and men who are behind the crank phone numbers. I all so save all my no show's, rude and time waster numbers in my block/do not book list along with numbers that workers who have done this sort of thing so I know not to be stung again. Leading up to Christmas things where bad when people are wanting a bigger slice of the market the true colors come out. Then you have your serial time wasters but they easy to weed out. To my knowledge there is no Australian list, it's purely done my the individual agency or private ladies keeping track.

Yes i want to confirm incoming callers a...and yes i have used that site for scammers but noted there was some numbers there of friends i knew when i tested it...scary
I had someone recognise me today from my number or profile.
I dint enter into the discussion but he was just sms'ing me BS and made no attempt to book. I cut his short nicely and said to come back when he decided what and when..... then he apologized saying "Oh i am sorry i didnt know it was you XXX XXXX form XXXXX ( my old place of work)."
I have no idea how he knew this as my photos dont show my face and i haven't worked there for 2 years...... makes me wonder what the hell number checker he used....lol
I have since for a pre paid but at some stage reverausrtralia will show it unless i make it a hidden number and my experience is , no one likes NO CALLER ID
I'l love to know who it was as he made comment he hoped the old place of work didnt find out.... hey i feigned being my sister ( he doesn't know i have none), and mentioned we get this all the time and she is flattered.....gulp

Just type the number into Google. If the w/l has used it on other sites then Google will usually find it.
A long time ago I was able to download a huge CSV file of the Whitepages.I found it on a torrent site. It contained every single published landline number in Australia. Unfortunately most people's mobile numbers aren't published in the Whitepages so it wasn't useful for looking these up. Anyway I imported the data into Microsoft Access and put together a quick reverse lookup search page. Pretty interesting.

1. Be careful whom's number you publish, remember that client has yours , and he may or can change numbers and re-book under that number and different name, however for a pwl to change numbers is a pain in the ass, as she may loose alot of clients if those clients are not undated of such a number change, just be careful whom's numbers you are publishing Perth is not that big in the scheme of things..

There is no publishing,..its a check up... as in reverse number loo up. I just notice most numbers put in the reverse search dont show.... mine does tho prob coz i had it for SO MANY years?)

Cops usually use silent numbers don't forget rex is a ex cop and he has used a few wl.

Truecaller is good and you can change the name of the person that calls you and everyone can see.
But he can't change back and see how change is number.
Plus if the person got the same app you can see the name without the search in Google, and if you search take out the +61 and add the 0 before 4
Or try signal is good for text and call.
Or try this app textmeup is good because you can buy numbers online and use the same number in a different device at the same time, plus you can keep the number forever or change every week.
Make sure that Australian number is available and you can buy plenty number for the same phone, so you can call all the time the same person with a different number if u need.
