Called them up recently, they said theyre still looking to open up the top, dont wanna raise any expectations but apparently I should call back in about 6 months or so

Closing date for planning submissions is 20 Feb, so approval will be at least a month or two after that. Maybe by Easter long weekend?
 
Sounds like access though will be very limited to a few. I think it said up to 50.
Dont think you will just be able to walk in off the street like you used to.
