Ventured in today after a long absence. A couple did attend, however were probably frightened off by a naked dude walking around wanking. The guy had no concept of personal space

Yes probably the same guy the day I went there. Was just wandering around getting close to guys and staring while jerking himself. Was a bit creepy tbh. He is an old guy? Think has grey/white hair and would be in 70’s.

pretty sure the law is that anything done in a public place has no expectation of privacy - it might be a matter of respect and courtesy, but I doubt you need consent

If you read the story you posted - it refers to the Club X store that was across the road from Pink Rabbit that caught fire 4 years ago.
