I have visited the Leederville one on Oxford Street about two weeks ago - they have taken over a previous massage shop that was strictly legit. Rooms at this one are quite large and have been purpose built - well insulated and walls to the ceiling and doors. This branch also has notes in its rooms stating that there is no sexual services on offer.

The Oxford Rd one is now staffed by Latin Americans with sufficient English & uniforms, with all the signs of a completely legit spa place. I went to scout this place earlier this year, one for parking and other for staff.
This was not long after reopening, I think at the time you needed to provide details.
Anyway staff were past Best Before Date and unfortunately Use By Date has come and gone, in other words 50+.
They had Made an effort to make themselves presentable so for some punters may be fine.
Possibly the owners just trying to get a few dollars over the counter before putting on new staff.
Is this place now staffed with younger personnel i.e. new younger girls?
Parking in the area looks okay but I did notice a Clearway sign.

They are not related. There are a number of 'Phoenix' named shops. Phoenix in Subi and Leederville were the same owner, but now only Subiaco. The new managers at Leederville elected to keep the Phoenix name so it gets confusing. There is also Phoenix on Bulwer (legit Thai). Phoenix in Maylands (unrelated) and I believe also a Phoenix in Malaga.
FYI. Phoenix Subiaco now has a Russian girl working on Monday and Tuesday each week. Very good qualified masseuse with standard extras offered.....
