Perth boy

Being a long term member on this forum I have seen many come and go over the years. Now it’s my turn to depart and in a week I want to turn off my profile.
I have made some good friends on this forum and have met a few of you. The ones that have my personal contact details I am happy to stay in contact. I will be online for a week and if anyone wants my email PM me.
I came to this forum because I had sexual issues in my marriage. My wife was sexually abused as a child and she finds it difficult to be intimate. About 3 years ago I got busted with Steph our R&T girl because Steph sent me a text and the wife read it. Some may remember that thread. This has destroyed her over the past few years and she started drinking very heavy. Perth boy became another side of my life that I didn’t want but didn’t feel I have a choice with my sexual frustration.
Four months ago we separated and both started moving on. When I started internet dating a few weeks ago I soon realised I didn’t want any other lady for a relationship. I loved my wife, she was my soul mate and life partner. Last week I asked her back into my life. She then told me she has stopped drinking and sorting out her life. Last night we agreed to be in a relationship again. To be fair to her and to clear my head I have deleted all online forums I have been on, I have deletes all contact details for all W/L. I have a girl in Thailand that holds a place in my hart I skyped her this morning and told her I cannot contact her anymore.
So that’s Perth boy’s story. Thanks everyone for your support and chats over the years.

The demon drink can be a difficult thing to overcome but if she has decided to quit for herself and got herself back on track it should work out. For your part, dumping "Perthboy" and committing to the relationship is the right move.

good luck Perth Boy. A good marriage takes a lot of work from both parties and I admire you for taking on this new challenge.
Also being a woman that was sexually abused as a child I can relate to your wife's hidden demons but it takes a real man to stand by her and hold her hand through what is often a very lonely dark journey.
I applaud you and today a little bit of faith in mankind has been restored xx

Perth boy I think many on this site can relate to your story. To share a voyage of sexual discovery with a loving partner is something few ever achieve. As individuals we all have our hang ups and reasons that bring us into this secret world. For some this is an outlet that saves a relationship and for others it may be pure sexual desire.

Sometimes its difficult to appreciate what you have until its gone. You have been fortunate to be given a second chance with a lady you clearly love. To give up this world for her is an easy decision and I'm sure that we all wish you and your wife well.
 
May your life bring you much happiness in all you choose to do. You will be missed but good on you.
