Today was the first, of hopefully many sessions, I endured/enjoyed with a personal trainer. Exercise has always been a part of my daily life. My body feels so much more alive when I exercise regularly. I look and feel great. Sleep is more restful and during the day my energy levels are greater.

However, like so many of us, over winter I had fallen out of the routine of regular exercise. Starting in the industry in February I put many of my favorite past times, exercise included, on hold whilst I devoted my time and energy to building a reputation and client base. Combine a lack of exercise with a chocolate addiction (my clients do not help with this, as I am often gifted an obscene amount of delicious chocolates) plus the comfort food of winter and my beautiful figure began to loose it's tone. One would have thought all the sex I have would be enough, but alas it seems I either need to be having more sex or more rigorous sex.

Lucky for me the day I was born the Gods were feeling generous and I was born with an insane metabolism and a rather svelte figure. However, even the best genes, without proper care, can become baggy and out of shape over time. I had begun to wonder if maybe I was putting on weight. It wasn't until a client mentioned I "didn't look as toned as my photos" that I decided to take action.

Good on you. I'm sure I'm not the only male that finds fit girls attractive.

Stay at it, and be sure to eat/sleep enough to recover fully, so that you can continue to stay at it.

Hi Alexandra, I don't think you have to much to worry about. The pic's are only a month or so old so i can't see you being to much different.

Though if you feel you have to look better then it's good to keep up to where you want to be, though you look very nice to me in all your pic's..

Good for you Alex. Well written. I will have to give my opinion, which is not likely to be as harsh as yours

Honestly I don't think you have put on weight so I wouldn't be too worried about it, you were looking super hot last time I saw you! (unless you have put on weight since I last saw you lol)
However regular exercise is a great idea not just for the look (personally it doesn't help me that much with this one) but more importantly because it makes you feel so much better, you get loads of energy from exercising!

That's good AS, even those who are 'blessed' should not rest on their laurels. As you said, exercise will not make you look better, but also feel better and perform better where it counts haha

Well done Miss Silk..exercise not just for looking good but makes you feel greaat too!!!

One question did you get an email from a PT asking for service for service swop?? I got one the other day.....

....what an arsehole!!!!

Yeh Fudd much like the one I got the other day....Saige you are the best sex, have a great personality and top notch in every way...but your face a little plain...but I guess he said he had shallow hall complex....And anyone thinking of booking and now unsure I am sure the guys who have seen me will assure you otherwise. And am now tempted to put up face photos.....

Also if I had to review him: 55 grey balding man with beer belly, slight BO and and little ability in bed!!!!!:violent5:

Sorry Paige You got all my review right bar my age only turning 50

Oh dear......certain clients and their comments. I wonder sometimes if they actually look in the mirror before they take the freedom to make personal comments like AS and Saige mentioned.

Exercise is great and I admit freely that I am a total addict. If I don't have my daily work out I get really restless.
lol.......never thought about it but another exercise benefit is the ability to 'ride' the guys hard, fast and long....especially as reverse cowgirl. :love10:

You guys know this but I will post anyway.

Exercise decreases the stress hormones such as cortisol and increases endorphins. Endorphins are the body’s natural feel good chemicals, and when they are released through exercise, your mood is boosted naturally. As well endorphins, exercise also releases adrenaline, serotonin, and dopamine. These chemicals work together to make you feel good.

Certainly feeling great. However, just a little tender in a few places on Saturday. Rested from my exercise regime yesterday. Today I was down at our local oval running steps, doing crunches, burpies, squats and my other assigned exercises. Feeling fabulous already.

I do hope the afore-mentioned stud was a perfect specimen of manhood Not just another average joe who expects perfection while turning up with a beer gut or worse

He was a below average specimen. However, he is paying me. Not the other way around. As much as it would be appreciated, there really is no requirements for him to make an effort to see a working lady.

However, I am grateful for his comment, it was just the motivation I needed to start investing time in myself again.

Completely agree Farmboy. Not only have my energy levels over the past few days increased greatly, I have been feeling fantastic in general. The way I view myself, my environment and any tasks I need to preform, all seem easier and more enjoyable.

I completed my first Marathon in nearly twenty years today, was LAST in! but that wasn't what it was about. I was just happy to finish, my legs now feel like jelly though. Feeling totally exhausted but proud of myself , STILL TRYING for my 'David Beckham' style body, hope to get there.
