Trouble is with implants, you actually lose some length in your penis, so if you are on the less than standard issue size, it might not be for you.

Just a standard size 5.5 - 6 " girth has improved slightly with the op .. feels a bit more girthy given I have an inflatable tube of saline in either side.

Good to hear. Hope everything is going well for you with the pump. Ive had a pump for just over 5 years now, best decision I ever made! Never had a complaint and most girls couldn't tell. Apart from being hard for hours haha. What type of pump do you have? I have a Titan touch 👍
