Nacho's.....very easy to make... Buy ground beef, cheese (eventually cheddar), onions,(dice them and cook them up for a short time), green peppers, (diced) corn, jalapeno peppers, sour cream, corn chips, burrito mix spices, guacamole (or make it yourself, real easy), tomatoes (diced) and everything else you want...

Prepare the beef, make sure you got fat free beef and cook it dry. Add spices as ordered and let it cook dry. Turn on oven at 200C. Get a bowl, cover it with a layer corn chips, add cheese and other ingredients. Put everything in oven until cheese is melted (melted, not burned!!), turn the oven off and let de nacho's sit there for a few more minutes. After that, nacho meal is ready to go! Enjoy with sour cream and guacamole...

Ohhh.... I almost forgot the most important ingredient; make sure you have good company to share with....

I use to be a terrible cook and hated it but once I finally cooked something without burning the hell out of it I started to enjoy it!
