With the passing of time I sometimes reflect on mistakes made and opportunities lost......or disasters that could have been avoided. But it's the opportunities lost that occupy my thoughts most often. My very first love was a gorgeous woman. tall, blonde, caring and smart. But after a few years I wondered if there was someone even better out there. The intensity of first loves are hard to gauge without a reference point of prior experiences. To this day I regret moving on from her. I hurt her and ultimately I changed my future too. If I could turn the clock back, the present day may be very different if I had made different choices all those years ago. Do you guys and gals have similar thoughts at times?
