It was only Autumn in Austria when I was there it was mostly gorgeous weather But those few days when winter showed a glimpse of her claws I thought no It's a Central west Australia winter for me
But I can see the allure of a European winter as well

My maths is no good. I thought you only needed 2 1s to make 69 as long as 1 of the 1s was wrong way up. I'm learning stuff too.
 
Being so hedumacational Maybe the LTs powers that be could apply for a grant from the Department of Hedumacation
 
I can do maths, just not all the gibberish stuff. It confuses me.

I think I am in the same boat as you Tania . Arithmetic is plain sailing

But the day the teacher wrote A+B = C Maths was on the slippery slope to gibberish

I started grasping those concepts in sex ed. (only kidding. There was no sex ed at school in my days)

Boy + Girl = Pregnancy.

if you invested in bond and got out at the right time you were set,,, however connell you would of been screwed..

Bondy wanted to build a gold coast along the Indian Ocean.. but NIMBYS got in his way.... Bondy made fremantle good till they lost the america's cup then freo went back to the 1850's again...

Bondys' tower in Perth was the highest one till central park was built, the superpit in Kalgoorlie was bondy...
 
@happy2 Do you still have a shilling and/or a pound put away somewhere? I like the sound of Shilling, sounds nicer than dollar. Why did Australia change to $ and cents? And the whole metric system?

Because the metric system is easier to understand....
