I would have presumed it would be an OH&S issue. Their are quite a few infections caused by cut hair and then the risk of cuts elsewhere. I understand the concept but personally I don't think it's safe nor bright.

It's not the same, but i know there was a hairdresser up in Kalamunda who would happily offer a facefull of boobies along with the haircut.
It was actually really funny because at that particular salon there would be a line of guys waiting out of the door for her and the other ladies wouldn't have anyone.
