My girlfriend constantly accuses me of being unfaithful and then flips that it's me accusing her. She has been exhibiting worrying signs, and has always made me work overtime to prove myself. But when I have been unsure and questioned her I get told to either accept what she says or walk away.

That sounds like a really difficult and emotionally draining situation. It’s only fair that trust, understanding, and reassurance work both ways in any relationship. You shouldn’t constantly have to prove yourself while your own concerns are dismissed or turned back on you. A healthy relationship should allow both people to express their doubts and feelings without fear of being blamed or given ultimatums. You deserve the same patience, honesty, and understanding that you’re expected to give to others.

Having endured a couple of relationships with mental illnes involved, I would have to say she may very well be the problem, not you.

Emotional abuse, manipulation unfounded accusations etc. Huge red flags. The epitome of a toxic relationship.
