I am sorry I thought just for the links anyways there are many apps for the same and "Buffer" is one we used few months, but other than that Zapier also does the same job

Linktree unfortunately wouldn't allow @Mrs Langtrees to simply do one post which is then posted to all platforms. However, it would be beneficial to put on her Social Media accounts so her followers on Twitter and other social networks can find her other accounts
