I saw her once about 4-5 yrs ago when I first started going to their shops ..was the old East Perth one that closed,but at that stage she hadn't fully turned into the rude monster she is now ..she is a small older Chinese woman

Yea I meant even just seen her with your eyes, always wondered what she looked like she is quiet fiesty 😅.

I wonder how that would go if you somehow got a booking with her, it could either be terrible or maybe you'll see or reveal a different side of her
