Update....8 Kgs gone in 8 weeks, another 6 Kgs to dump the remaing post-smoking weight gain....

Guess I have to take you out for lunch soon before you have to run circles in the shower to get wet.

...what great motivation Col...thanks for the idea. Given what I've saved by NOT smoking, me thinks an extended booking might be the way to celebrate the anniversary. Roll on June 26!
