Ive always loved planes,trains & limos. Something about moving, the excitement builds for me. Plane engine starts, others are scared, me im excited. Love window seats. Mile high yep done it more than once.
AA (Air Australia) in Jandakot WA used to run it plus joy flights. Loop the loop, upside down etc. Looks like covid ruined that.
Made the payment. AA require 24hrs notice if you want to cancel. I think last flight ends 6pm approx. I monitored the weather forecast hoping for a beautiful day, no rain or storms. We are prepared. Rubbish bag, wet ones tissues, condoms etc
AA gave the choice of hour flight along coastline or to Rottnest. I left it up to the wl. We were both excited. Its a small plane. Pilot and co-pilot with curtain separating the back compartment with mattress.
A bit of champagne (chocolates also supplied by AA), seat belts on and plane starts. Then pilot tells us we can take our seat belts off. Curtain closes. Sip more champagne, enjoy the view outside, excitement, we are starting to get lubricated lol.
One of the thrills of my life. Not for the faint hearted. Yes there might be turbulence. The plane might suddenly dip. I feel euphoric, weightless like suspended in air. It was a while ago but i recall they asked us our weights for fuel purposes. I cant remember if there was a 3rd set of seat belts at the back. I suppose an extra person means more fuel and price goes up.
