I know all about the "new policy " of no porn on this site. But it does seem weird that there is a forum dedicated to weight loss (admirable) but a blackout on porn. I for one miss LANA'S posts which brightened things when the going was slow. I say bring it back in it's own forum. A "SPECIAL " SEALED section for adults only. Just so peeps don't inadvertently stumble on people having sex.:eek: So a vote let's see if I'm an orphan?

I would vote yes but only if the yes question was changed to yes i would like a sealed section as opposed to its current version

I had no idea that porn was banned??? While I can understand violent or abusive or illegal pictures being banned, I don't see why it was removed... any ideas? I'm not into a lot of it but I did miss Lana's tasteful beach girl pics.

I think the problem (not that i thought it was a problem) was that as the threads could be seen by the general internet user and bearing mind kids do browse the net, that having a dick and animated pictures would not promote the sex industry and certainly not the way MAK wanted her flagship portrayed. Advertisers can walk if they are associated with a scandal and the media would love to make things out to be far worse than what they were.
The alternative to deleting the threads would have been making them only available to forum members as is the case for a section of TS now and as this thread is suggesting.

I think something can be done on the complex IT system that it would filter out the saucy stuff and censor them for public view. But I am just saying. I guess a locked out sub forum out of public eyes, would be nice.

Where've you been, Dallas?? Even my 'loose lips' close-up was expunged. :D

Lana's Beach Babes thread was my favourite too, especially in the colder months.

Yes I know I've missed quite a lot lately :o :D. Oh I didn't know it was literally everything, well at least there's no chance of my home made porn videos being posted on here :P :o :P ...actually blow up doll pics are probably still acceptable :P
 
Maybe Homer is thinking overtime here....should the site be showing a Warning page when one opens it. Click on Enter if they are of certain age and make like a tree if they're not.

Tbh kids will click on anything, tbe best way is simply having it hidden unless you are a registered member and logged on, BUT WAIT, i have an alternative suggestion if Westy's does not work.

Something that has not been tried before, A PRIVATE THREAD BY INVITATION ONLY now i know that it might be a bit of work by the first poster to add in all the members who want to see it but then the posts can go up with no possibility of the general public or kids seeing anything.

What do you think about those apples?

I reckon those apples will start to rot after a few days. Better put them in the fridge.

Your thinking the FB way then. It probably won't work as effectively, unless the admin of the private thread is almost always online to approve newly invited members.

From what i understood with pm is that there might be an option for anyone to invite new members
 
Novel idea, Sir, but that sounds like far too much work for a lazy sod like me. It would exclude new members too -- why would I invite some new member, called Cruiser for example, before knowing who he is? Most importantly, I would be ostracised from every thread begun by happy2.
