i can see that I have sent Kate a message the others went straight thru I think it is the join date as we upgraded our software
 
At the moment old members that never posted before can take a hour to update once you have made your 5 posts, it takes that long for the crons to reconize you new members and members with one post already can get thru the system in a couple of minutes.
Make your 5 quick posts in this board and I will get Kate to teach me how to push you thru
