Hi all

One of my friend's told me that after making love to her husband, they noticed that he had ejaculated bright 'orange' cum which had little lumps in it like demerara sugar crystals??

He said that as he was coming he felt 'tingly' but had no real pain. They had had no meals/drinks that were orange (however he does smoke and drink, not sure if that would have an effect) but nothing out of the ordinary.

What could cause his cum to go orange with lumps and I guess more importantly, should they both get an sti check up??

He is not taking Vitamin A or beta carotene supplements which have an orange pigment? Otherwise, it actually sounds like blood/blood clotting in the semen or an infection of the prostate gland. Be best to see a doctor asap!
 
Sounds like blood passing to the urinary tract and generally the prostate is involved when this is the case. Unfortunately the gent needs to go to the Doc for a rubber glove check
 
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) in vitamin pills makes urine and plasma go bright orange/yellow .. Not sure what else it could make that colour. Some bacteria culture bright colours too. I'd get a doctor to check this one.
