Ladies of Langtrees and Forum members, What sort of meals would you recommend for us shift workers?

Ladies of Canberra, who knows, I may even try to cook some of these up for us =)

What about a serve of sausage n meatballs with plenty of sauce,T/Away or home delivered

Stir fries are great :) we used to have a chicken and cashew one made up for us here in perth. So yummy! And lots of healthy veggies!

When I'm organised, I like to bring a green smoothie to work, and fruit...or salad.
I eat dinner as breakfast...so that is easily my biggest meal of the "day"... and then I just try to keep everything else light and as healthy as possible....but I'm a horrible sook for the vending machine....and when the girls order pizza and it wafts in...I sook for that too...

Easy things to whip up though;
French omlette, Veggie platter which hummus, Fruit salad, whole meal toast with bananas, mixed spice and honey, Soups- brothy ones... use a good chicken stock and jest boil it on the stove then add a few brocoli trees, add a dash of soy and maybe some dried mushroom...when it boils add some rice noodle.

Poached eggs are good too with a drizzle of balsamic, then eat it with a bunch of baby spinach.
