The ad didn't have rates as far as I could see, hence why I chimed in. I texted the phone number to get the rates.

So if the rates aren't in the ad. You text her and it's $10,000 for half hour. You don't see her. This is wasting her time? I texted her because I was interested in seeing her also if she's going for a bargain price.
