I too tried the Smart Street Mall last weekend as I was in the area. The Mall itself is run down now with most of the shops closed and the massage shop is still dingy looking from the outside. However, the inside of the shop has been refurbished now with two rooms with floor to ceiling walls and a third room with a curtain.
Only one girl on duty and she made sure I stayed by taking my money and asked me to wait for 20 minutes which turned into 30 while she had another customer. She is pretty with brunette hair and a nice body. She is from Hong Kong she says and could be in her mid twenties. There was no tease with the very ordinary massage until the flip and then just the basic h.r. with no touching of her allowed. There are other options but far to expensive . She works there Saturday and Monday. Would I return ? - nope.

Yeah, that would of pissed me off waitiing half an hour to get a shit massage and a standard hj ending. Would of thought she would of made it up to you.

Gave that place a go on the weekend, was early morning and got a 50 year old by the name of Cindy, Left the room 3 times to answer the door and answered her phone once during the hour booking. Massage was very good and so was the extras. She said she had another girl coming but never arrived while i was there.

Must have more girls, spent a lot of if the outside of the building is anything to go by.
 
If you walk around the back there's a back door. Only problem is the other shops have big floor to ceiling windows 🪟
