Peep camera and filming her in some what a sexual content without her permission [I assume].

I know right, i mean those are some fitted jeans... perhaps she needs a nude g.

I don't agree with that. Granted the law changes from location to location but I can't see why this could be even considered illegal. Whilst the context of the video is sketchy at best, given that the video appears to have been filmed in a public place where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy, the camera-person was not asked to stop. The subject in the video has kept their anonymity. In a legal sense there is no real difference between that video and the News Channels filming big butts and big bellys for their story on obesity.

To me, this is more a case of crossing a moral compass rather than a legal one.
