Not sure if this is the place, but wanting to know if any of you lovely ladies have had experience with a man who has had his prostate removed and now has a dry orgasm, was it weird, off putting etc etc, sorry to ask such a question but I have just been diagnosed with prostate cancer and that is one of the inescapable results from having it removed even if you recover the ability to get erect which should be the case, moderator please remove if inappropriate

Sorry to hear about the cancer, but from what I understand, if they take all the nerve endings when removing your prostate, you are going to need a lot of help getting erect. All the best.

Dont lose all hope, they give you the worst case scenario, and even if that happens think would you rather have the cancer?

Robotic surgery is pretty good now, and nerve sparing is OK for me so hopefully will be fully functional after, may take a few months though. I was wondering if anyone had experienced the dry orgasm as the prostate supplies or the fluid for the semen which is also lost because of the surgery, so mentally is it easy to cope with not being able to shoot your juice over breasts, face anything etc. I guess at least you can ask to finish in mouth and no spitting or swallowing needed...
