Really! So you think you can't teach old dogs new tricks. Good service and recommendation are equally as important. Getting a client there is one thing... Keeping them is another. The "young ones" do not always have great customers and life skills.... and the pretty young receptionists get distracted by the clients wanting to fuck them ..... The "old girls" never get distracted in this way and are far more customer and business orientated!

The main issue today, Especially in the AMP scene is a "Digital Footprint" that is left and created by Technology, we all know from first hand experience in this scene they have girls there, who arrive into Australia on Visas to study English and end up working 10 hour shifts at some places, which is why as you say The Nokia reference they use this, or have 10-15 mobile phones on the desk and a PC sitting there essentially being used to entertain the receptionists with You tube/online shopping whereby that should be used as Langtreess is doing today.

Places like Langtrees is all above board it has nothing to hide as all checks on ladies/staff are done to confirm work rights/health certs are done so as to make sure the business remains operational so being online for places like this is no issue at all, the main reason I see the older madams and some places even with younger ladies behind the desk to "The Digital Footprint" left behind which today is actually 100% can be used as evidence in any given shape or form, yes the internet has moved forward in leaps and bounds but it also creates a world of evidence, this from an IT standpoint is the reason why many wont ever go down this route.

I could be wrong here but for the businesses who have adopted the web fully into the adult industry you have all helped to clean it up and to bring into the mainstream of businesses.

Im one of the "Old Receptionists" too but Im actually a lot more computer savvy than a lot of young people I know. I love technology.
 
If we like it or not - fact is we have to move with technology to stay relevant. Working behind reception has definitely sped up my venture into techno times and I actually enjoy it. Besides the more at home we are in technology - the more aware are we of the pitfalls that comes with the territory.
Technology won't replace good customer service - it will enhance it.
