Looking forward to your next installment. I had hoped to set up a red light business in Bangkok two years ago, but I couldn't find the right local partner. I still have $100,000 to invest; Need twice that, and a local partner must own 50%. If anyone is ever interested, send me a DM

I've had a good friend asking to invest 150k in a place on the beach in Phuket. After exploring the opportunity the numbers were far from working. What makes your proposition viable Brandy?
