In your experience do these girls interact with each other?

I've had a couple of 4 hands with Bella and Fiona and each time the girls barely interacted with each other and immediately after I'd cum Fiona would kick the other girl out and then tell me how disappointed she was with me saying she didn't think I was that kind of guy.

I'd be keen to find out if I was the only one getting this treatment.

Same here, but I never expected it either.
To be fair, they call it a four hand massage experience, and it is just that, they don't advertise it as a threesome orgy. You have two naked ladies massaging you and if FS is on the table, and you open your wallet, then you can fuck both of them, that's it. An awesome experience but not a threesome.
