Longevity & Vitality

Indeed it is. I work a lot with Chinese medicine and energy plus meridians
Yeah I've got a book on meridian massage but I haven't read it. I have been told basically what meridian massage is about. I do acupressure on myself. Can't find a shop that does acupressure/meridian massage even though they advertise it, they don't know what I'm talking about they reckon. Closest I can get to meridian therapy is accpuncture. Tui na is not meridian massage medical as far as I know.

More than you realise. It’s a 4 year bachelor degree health science (Naturopathy) to become a qualified natrothpath. The bases of human biology are the foundations of the core subjects. I have both a BA and master degree Psychology. And I’m struggling with this course to be honest.
Psychology is a soft science but it has become a lot more effective since the days of Freud due to its adoption of evidence based scientific method. The problem with natropherapy is that unlike mainstream medicine there is very little evidence of its efficacy. Sure natropherapy has and does help some people but the problem in most cases is the lack of hard replicable evidence that beneficial effects are not simply placebo or the issues resolving themselves on their own accord.

Modern medicine—particularly pharmaceutical approaches—often focuses on symptom management, which can absolutely be life-saving and necessary. But in many cases, especially with chronic conditions, mental health, and stress-related illness, it doesn’t always address the underlying drivers like trauma, nervous system dysregulation, or long-term emotional suppression.
  • Suppression over time can manifest as anxiety, burnout, chronic illness, or emotional shutdown.
  • As highlighted in The Body Keeps the Score, the body can “store” unresolved trauma, influencing behaviour, health, and perception long after the even
Where modern medicine fits (Important balance)

It’s not necessarily either/or:
Acute care, emergencies, infections, and many conditions require pharmaceutical intervention.
Medications can stabilise someone enough to do deeper healing work.
The limitation is when treatment stops at symptom suppression, without exploring root causes.

Doctor's just want their salary. Humans instinctively do what's easier for them to use less of their own energy. Doctor's being human's.

As far as I know. Same with alot of public servant's (police detectives and crime and corruption commission) who have investigative roles, they just want their salary and cut corner's big time not realising the seriousness of matter's unless they think you're a danger to them they won't act.
