Quack medicines are as old as medicine itself. Ogg the Caveman probably had other cave people trying to flog him herbal potions to "improve his performance" or give him a bigger "club".
Even most of the stuff you see displayed in so-called "Health Food Stores" is just overpriced junk with little or no medicinal value beyond the well-known placebo effect.
Keep the money and spend it on something useful like wine, women or song.

Even if they could make you last longer, I have some really bad news for you boys... Lasting longer does not mean being better in bed. I would rather 5 minutes of quality sex than one hour of mindless thrusting... I'll take quality over quantity every time....
