I've seen so many ads up by this profile and they all seems super suspicious same as the desparato profile

Has anyone actually seen anyone that has there ad hosted by sonali89
 
Sorry they all seem to follow same method of post the profile hides his ads so it dosnt show much that's why I was interested if anyone actually gone through with it or just straight up scam
 






There's more that's just searching profile name and Locanto on Google so I'm gonna say fake but I'm pre new to all this
