I’m Sassy Sin, a trans woman, sex worker, writer, sexual health advocate and unapologetically passionate voice for sex worker rights, based in Melbourne.
I’ve spent years navigating the adult industry, both in front of the camera and behind closed doors. Along the way, I’ve learned that sex work is about far more than sex. It’s about choice, boundaries, confidence, connection, vulnerability, fantasy and agency.
And I’ve got stories.
Some are cheeky. Some are sexy. Some are confronting. Others are simply funny moments from a life that has taken me places I never expected. Through my writing, I share the experiences behind the profession, the realities that don’t always make it into the conversation.
I also use my voice to advocate for sex worker rights, sexual health, safety and dignity. I believe sex workers should be able to speak for ourselves, challenge stigma and have a seat at the table when decisions affecting our lives and work are being made.
