Legalities of a locanto girl

So I'm not sure if this is the right title for this thread but anyway I've been looking at W/L specifically independent non company affiliated W/L on locanto around the northern suburbs of the Perth metro area and I've always wondered is it legal or illegal to pay for sex this way is it a police sting operation or am I just being paranoid I just need some general help on this topic before I go ahead and do it and find out I could go to jail instead or end up having to do something else
 
Hi hun the best thing would be find out the laws for your state. As there are Brothels & private ladies operating in Perth you should be fine. Just check what the lady is offering service wise is safe & that photos are of her. Men pay for sex every day luv you going to jail for a bit of pleasure not likely to happen. Surely this is not true, I know Locanto is doggy & no class when it comes to the ad's. I advertised for 2 days on there that was enough for me. I lost it at the guy wanting to exchange stolen linen/towels for service he worked for a linen cleaning service. Private ladies are as safe as a agency in my opinion. There is good and bad people no matter where you go. I think if men were being drugged & sent to fight with ISIS the media would be having a field day, creating fear is what they do best. Seriously your just wanting to get your dick wet go have some fun

Having a bad case of foot in mouth today lol silly auto correct. It's the computer not me butter wouldn't melt in my mouth I would not tell a lie. Blame the computer for the poor spelling lol it wasn't me

The only issue is public solicitation, which works both ways i.e. a WL can get done for street walking and a punter can get done for kerb crawling.
Knocking on a door in response to a Locanto ad isn't going to get you dragged down to the lock-up, but there are other risks that you should consider - just like kids not taking sweeties from strangers, you are going into an unknown situation that requires caution.

Yeah i suppose that's a possibility but do W/L often have some sort of security or safety precaution like houses have multiple rooms if they say they are along are they actually alone or is there some big bikie bloke in the room next door waiting on the safety word for her to say

Each private lady works different some have security on premises some don't. I'm a private lady only me at home when I work no other person for security. I am it, but I do keep my crossbow under my bed (I have the appropriate permits/license to have it in my possession) and always keep a spray can close at hand. Security in parlours here in Adelaide is not a common thing. Treat a lady with respect you will have no issues. Try not to over think what may or may not happen

I've never thought about anything bad and what could or couldn't happen but I've never seen a bouncer or any type of security around an establishment or w/l premises

Not just girls have to be careful. A best friend is a male escort - sees men only, some of the situations he has been in have been darn rite dangerous and he is quite a well built guy. Star, I think you got your answers, yes? I suggest if you are using Locanto that you do some due diligence too, some homework. There is a button on Locanto that takes you to other ads by THAT advertiser. I will show whether there is a pimp running a string of girls. Perhaps even make a Word document and keep tabs. Or, Locanto allows you to store your Favourites. You can check for a shared phone number that is common to many ads and different girls' photos. I don't believe it is illegal (IN WA) for a girl to work from home, nor is it illegal for you to visit her. But brothels must be registered, therefore an unlicensed brothel is illegal. But that's a problem for the illegal brothel owner, not the girl or her client. I believe the Law (in WA) would define any home, place or dwelling as being used as a brothel if its purpose was to provide sex-for-money services. I don't think you are paranoid to check these things. In fact I myself am a little suspicious of some web site activity, even herein, that is likely being monitored. It's one way for the authorities find illegal brothels etc and for legal brothel owners to dob in their illegal competitors. I don't know if the latter occurs, but it's a possibility.

But that 2013 prosecution was not based on prostitution and brothels, rather around the AMP breaching Council (planning) bylaws. And the Chinese owner's stupid refusal to comply with previous Council warnings and directions.
