Where are you looking? There are a few. At least 3 in the city, Main St, James St, South St, Abernethy Rd, Grt Eastern Hwy. Some privates will agree to see regular clients at odd hours.

Honeybay Abernethy Rd
Fiona's and 96Spa Grt Eastern Hwy. A few blocks towards the city from the intersection with Tonkin Hwy
The shops in the city, I'm not certain of every one which is open late:
Eden on Hay St, a block from the Mint.
Serene near the Cnr of Adelaide Tce and Bennett st
Suggest you take a drive around the city and see who else has their lights on.
