By walking I would suggest.

How does a 24/7 Operation do this kind of work without impacting the flow of business and more over clients confidentially imagine Joe the painter or Nick the plumber are at Langtrees doing this work and in walks his Brother, Father, Uncle or best mate whom is married... awkward or what? but how can Langtrees do this during operation hours and allow for not only clients but also escorts confidently?

Also are the rooms being done up or is it just the public areas?

The rooms will be done as well, one by one.
Actually it didn't interrupt the flow of the business, even when the lounge was done. All work happened during the day and from section to section. Day time clients could use the second lounge through the glass door if they wanted a private conversation with a lady.
Upstairs is hardly used during the day as we do have enough rooms on the ground floor. All signs of work were gone well before the night shift started.
As we have used the same handy people for years they are well aware of the situation and stay as invisible as they can be.
