Anyone been to the new shop ? At 133 Kewdale road, there’s been that little shop there for years but this is a new one on the outside with full nail stations and is pretty
Big, curtain doors though so giving off left legit only vibes
 
I took one for the team here just before Christmas. Half hr massage, very legit.

Very good massage from a cute 20 something student in Thai massage uniform. Got the vibe her mum owned the store. All the other masseuse were middle aged Thai ladies.

A middle aged white dude rocked up as I was paying, seemed like hubby/owner. He was staring me down with the “this isn’t that type of place look”. Haven’t been back.

Yeah, you would need to be open long hours, with the right staff, offering the required services, to make that location viable.
Not impossible however. There's plenty of free parking, and close to the airport to catch the returning fifo crews.
